Building Leaders, Shaping Futures, Transforming Lives.

1 hToronto

Service Description

As a speaker, I help individuals and organisations bridge the gap between vision and action through transformative leadership, personal growth, and spiritual depth. Drawing from a foundation rooted in strategic thinking, creativity, and faith, I deliver talks that challenge mindsets, cultivate resilience, and inspire intentional living. Whether addressing leadership dynamics, personal development journeys, or spiritual formation, my goal is to equip audiences to think deeply, act decisively, and live purposefully — building lives and organisations with clarity, conviction, and long-term impact. Each message is crafted to combine practical strategies, visionary insight, and a call to higher standards, ensuring that every audience walks away empowered, focused, and ready to advance meaningfully in their assignment or leadership journey.

Policy

1. Initial Consultation All initial consultations will not attract any fee. The purpose of any consultation is to discuss the scope, timeline, and creative direction of the proposed project. After the consultation, a tailored quote will be provided based on the agreed-upon project scope. 2. Booking Confirmation A booking is only considered confirmed once the client has approved the proposal and agreed to the terms outlined in the invoice or contract (if applicable). For commissioned work or speaking engagements, a deposit may be required prior to the commencement of any work, as outlined in the invoice. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling Clients may cancel or reschedule a booking up to 24 hours in advance at no charge. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $50 cancellation fee. To cancel a booking, an explanatory email should be sent to todunakin@gmail.com. If a project is cancelled after confirmation, the following applies: Any non-refundable deposit will not be returned. If any work has already been completed at the time of cancellation, a partial fee may be billed to reflect the time, effort, and materials invested up to that point. If Todun is unable to continue the project due to unforeseen circumstances, the client will first be offered the opportunity to reschedule the project at a later date. If the project must be cancelled entirely and cannot be resumed, the client will receive a full refund of any payments made, including deposits. The client will be notified promptly in either case. 4. Timelines & Revisions Project timelines will be discussed during the consultation and outlined in the proposal or invoice. Any changes to the agreed scope or deadline must be communicated in writing and may affect the final cost or delivery timeline. 5. Communication All official communication regarding bookings, updates, and changes must be conducted via email or written correspondence. Clients are encouraged to provide as much clarity as possible during the consultation to ensure the project aligns with expectations. 6. Copyright & Usage Ownership and usage rights of any creative output (designs, artwork, presentation content, etc.) will be discussed individually and clarified in the project agreement or invoice terms. 7. Payment Terms Payment terms (including deposits, milestone payments, or final balances) will be outlined in the official invoice. Full payment is required before final deliverables are released.
